3 uncooked chicken breast cut into small cubes 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon sesame oil 3 cloves minced garlic 4 eggs 1 cup cubed ham 16 oz. bag of frozen pea/carrot mixture 6 cups cooked rice cooled 1/4 cup soy sauce
Cube 3 uncooked chicken breast into little pieces and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Heat up 2 tablespoons of butter with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, then add 3 cloves of minced garlic with the chicken.
Cook until no longer pink, then add 4 scrambled eggs to the meat. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Next add 1 cup cubed ham and a 16oz. bag of frozen pea/carrot mixture that has been defrosted. Mix in 6 cups cups of cooked rice that has been cooled.
Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and stir fry until light golden brown.
