1/3 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 pound cooked spaghetti 1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Heat oil and butter in large skillet on low to medium heat. Add garlic. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Do not burn garlic or it will be bitter.
Add shrimp and seafood seasoning. Cook while stirring 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
