Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 dash ground red pepper 1 dash salt 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Mix in all remaining ingredients except pecans; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Shape into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
