6 large sweet potatoes (baked, peeled and mashed) 3 medium eggs 1 cup milk light cream or half and half 1 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together, beat until light and fluffy. Add a little more cream if needed. Spoon mixture into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until set.
