Ingredients
½ cup Worcestershire Sauce 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, fine aged 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning 1 teaspoon Season Salt ½ teaspoon Meat Tenderizer, optional
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large freezer zip bag or container with tight fitting lid.
Shake or mix until completely combined.
Add choice of beef and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
Remove beef from marinade and cook as desired.
Do not re-use marinade.
