2 cups cooked Basmati Rice 2 tblsp olive oil ½ cup sliced almonds 3 tblsp raisins ½ tsp curry powder ½ tsp garam masala ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup water 3 tblsp chopped cilantro
Pre-cook rice and let cool.
Add the olive oil to large frying pan, stir in almonds and cook until they are toasted. Stir in raisins and next three spices. Stir until spices release essential oils.
Pour in water and rice bringing rice back up to temp.
Right before serving stir in cilantro and serve.
